[G]iven all the November babies, clearly Valentines Day is a very powerful aphrodisiac. 😉 Last night, in the beautiful City of Irvine, Soho Taco had the great honor of being invited as the official gourmet food truck for the birthday celebration of four very prominent OC foodies: Anita Lau of Diary of a Mad Hungry Woman, Bobby Navarro of 100 Eats 100 Days, Holly Wong food writer for the OC Fine Dining Examiner and, of course, the always fabulous Julie Lim of the OC Wine Mart! To say that we had a BLAST would be a total understatement! In fact, check out some of the pix we took:  In addition to our gourmet tacos served on handmade tortillas, it was a very festive evening of outstanding cupcakes by Meringue Bake Shop and exquisite macarons by XT Patisserie. And, to top it all off, the nighttime air was lovingly graced with the romantic guitar stylings of el maestro Ruben Gonzalez of Pasion Gitana! We want to thank the birthday celebrants for letting us be a part of their very special night and we want to thank everyone who took the time to try out our cuisine.
