 [S]hrimp may be tiny little critters, but they were a BIG hit at last night’s food truck round up at the OC Fair & Events Center! Yesterday Soho Taco’s gorgeous gal had the honor of joining eight other amazingly talented gourmet food trucks for the weekly after dark series. Check out our pix: 
Surprisingly, our biggest seller of the evening was our humble little gourmet shrimp taco! Sure we definitely sold a lot of classics like chicken and beef. But, it was our special taco that had one mother call her entire family over to our truck and say to everyone “YOU GUYS HAVE TO TRY THE SHRIMP TACO!” Which they all did! How awesome is that?! Meanwhile, as you can see from the photos above we were surrounded by gourmet food truck luminaries such as The Lime Truck, Ludo Truck, Dogzilla Hot Dogs, Seabirds Truck, Baconmania, Komodo Food, Morsels Bakery Truck, and OC Burger Monster. That was truly amazing and an honor itself to be amongst such talent. Overall it was a spectacular evening and we want to thank the organizers of the event for giving us the opportunity to share our cuisine at such a wonderful occasion. See you guys next month!
