Christmas is now just a memory and New Years Eve may be fast approaching, but the holiday parties continue.  Currently we’re still in the midst of our busiest winter season ever and the demand is still in full force!

To give you a glimpse of what’s been keeping us busy, here’s an intimate backyard winter fiesta for which we provided our gourmet taco catering last weekend in the City of Irvine.  On this special occasion we treated our host’s select family and friends to some of our best gourmet tacos all served on a fresh, handmade tortilla.

Interestingly, at the very same moment this party was taking place, we were simultaneously taco cart catering for several hundred people at a massive corporate holiday party and our food truck was out slinging tacos at Fullerton Best Buy.  Needless to say we were busier than a one legged man in a butt kicking contest!

Nevertheless, despite the smaller head count of this event, our crew gave each and every guest here the royal treatment and, judging from the feedback from the kids to the adults, it was an utter success!

A huge THANK YOU goes out to the hostess for choosing SoHo Taco for her wonderful occasion.  We sincerely hope to have met or exceeded every expectation.
