 Gourmet taco cart catering for the Masimo Corporate Christmas party yesterday in the City of Irvine.Yesterday in the City of Irvine SoHo Taco had the immense pleasure of providing our gourmet taco cart catering for the Masimo Corporation‘s corporate Christmas party. Check out our pictures!  This was a HUGE event! How huge?! Well, as you can see from the pictures we weren’t alone. Event organizers also had to enlist the help of our food truck buddies over at Dogzilla and The Flip Truck to help handle everyone’s meal …. and we still had a lot of demand! Our guys were asked to set up two taco carts starting at 11AM and we had a steady flow of guests until 4PM! It was definitely an exciting, fast-paced day and the welcoming management and staff of Masimo made the experience even better. We had a wonderful time being part of this yuletide celebration and we sincerely hope everyone enjoyed their meals. And, we look forward to seeing everyone again soon!
