As Memorial Day transitions into just a memory, we’re reflecting on what a great time we had taking part in countless celebrations last weekend.  One we won’t soon forget took place a couple hours North from our home base.

Last Saturday, we had the great honor of grilling up our finest gourmet tacos for a beautiful wedding on a sprawling estate in Santa Barbara, complete with appetizers, salads and handmade tortillas.

The skies were blue, the guests super friendly and the scenery was stunning.  It was essentially another perfect day for taco catering in Santa Barbara.

On this occasion we served up appetizers to help get everyone’s palate ready for their meals.  Then we grilled up our deluxe Premier Package and served each taco on a fresh, handmade tortilla.  And, to round out the meal, we also served up aguas frescas, beans, rice, fruit plates and salads.

It was a well rounded meal and only the very best for the lovely couple.

We would like to thank the family of the newlyweds for giving us the opportunity to be part of their special day.  We had an absolute terrific time and we certainly hope everyone did, too.  Hope to see you all again soon!
