Yesterday afternoon SoHo Taco had the immense pleasure of being selected by the employees of The Resort at Pelican Hill of Newport Beach to help provide gourmet taco catering for their January employee appreciation event.  Considering their other choice for catering that day was the astounding and incredible In-N-Out Burger, it was definitely a huge honor!

In the service industry, some establishments are often too busy to have any holiday related employee events in December.  And, so fine companies like The Resort at Pelican Hill frequently celebrate it in the off season instead.

And, in this case, they polled their employees asking them which two companies they’d like to have cater their annual event and they chose both In-N-Out and SoHo Taco … incredible!  This isn’t the first time we’ve worked with the burger giant and we doubt it’ll be the last!

On this special occasion we brought our signature pollo asado, carne asada and veggie tacos.  Naturally, they all came with our exquisite freshly-made salsas, beans and rice.  And, given the feedback we received it was a HIT!

We’d like to thank the awesome folks of Pelican Hill for this incredible opportunity.  And, big shout out goes to In-N-Out for their classic and legendary burgers!  See everyone again soon!
