[H]ear that? It’s more than just heads sizzling at Miss USA headquarters ….

One of our most popular items both on our taco catering carts and on our gourmet food truck is our exquisite taco de camarónes (“grilled shrimp”).

We start out with the best, most plump shrimp we can find, marinade it in our secret blend of herbs and spices and then throw them on the grill with our signature garlic butter.

From there we set it on a warm bed of jack cheese while resting on a hot tortilla. Afterwards we top it off with some cabbage and then crown it like a tiara with a generous serving of our very own chipotle sour cream.

It’s easily one of our very best tacos and it usually garners very strong positive opinions, unlike a certain “trashy” pageant.

They’re definitely more satisfying than watching a disgruntled beauty queen bad mouthing a major institution. (Ok, just a little more satisfying.)
