Happy TGIF everyone! It’s been a bit on the warm side lately, but hopefully you’re staying cool and hydrated out there.

It’s the middle of summer of course and on days like these sometimes you just want something on the lighter yet satisfying side. And, our signature veggie tacos are the perfect fit for an occasion like this. And, today we have the pleasure of grilling up this meatless wonder at two stops.

First off it’s going to be lunch in Irvine at one of our favorite lunch spots at the Oracle building.

We’ve been going to this stop for years and we enjoy how everyone at this building is willing to try new menu items. Often we sell out of our monthly specials at this location, we can’t wait for everyone to try out this month’s special our Squash Blossom Quesadilla.

One thing is for sure: this is a BUSY stop. Our past history here on Fridays in July and recent stops there show lots of hungry folks. So, this time around we’re adding more staff to the truck and bringing more product.

We apologize in advance if the lines get a bit long, but we’ll definitely try our best to speed things up!

And, then later this evening we’re off to South OC for another foot stomping evening of great music & food at the Laguna Niguel Summer Concert Series!

This evening enjoy the musical stylings of Jukebox Productions while chowing down on some of our finest tacos.

Meanwhile, on the food truck we’ll have Javier working the register so be sure to pass by and say “hi” to him! Easily one of our friendliest team members, he’s there to answer any questions and tell you more about our terrific line up of tacos for the evening.
