According to the latest weather reports, we’ll be lucky today if we even see 70°F here at Soho Taco’s atmospheric headquarters deep in the heart of Orange County, CA. The odd thing is the East Coast is (believe it or not) going through a deadly heatwave right now! In other words, if the United States were anything like one of our gourmet taco catering carts, the other side of the country can be viewed as the steaming hot grill, while our side is more like guacamole: a bit on the cool side. Hmmmmm… now for some reason we feel like eating our nation.
