Happy Cinco De Mayo! Or, Dia De La Batalla De Puebla! Or, Cinco de Drink-O! Whatever you’re celebrating today we certainly hope your day is filled with lots of fun, love, joy and of course GREAT FOOD.

In this short snippet you see images of weddings that we catered at Hummingbird Nest Ranch and the Environmental Nature Center as well as our promo that we did at the OC Food & Wine Festival in Tustin.

And, you also get to see come videos of our tacos of the month like our Taco Jardinero and our Patita Crujiente.

You also get to see some guests enjoying our salsas and condiments like our creamy guacamole and our spicy salsa de jalapeno.

So, basically everyday is Cinco de Mayo for us! And, we absolutely LOVE IT.

Today is easily one of our busiest days of the year, if not the most busiest of them all. In fact we have more than 20 events on the calendar and 3 of them are weddings.

One of the weddings today is going to be in Simi Valley and that one requires a staff of 23 people on our end alone! For that huge one we have 5 cooks, 11 bussers, 5 bartenders and 2 banquet captains. Crazy huh?

Then, on the more mellower side we have several modest sized events like a 47 person party at a tennis club in Rolling Hills. For this one we’ve got fresh handmade tortillas and our classic line of exquisite tacos.

Whether today’s celebration is big or small SOHO TACO is there to help with the festivities!

Once again we deeply apologize to everyone who we couldn’t serve today. Although we’ve been sold out on this day for over a month now, we’re still honored and blessed with inquiries everyday. And, sadly we have to turn everyone away. Sorry!

Nonetheless we’re pretty sure everyone out there is going to have a great time today. Just be safe and hopefully we’ll catch you at one of our events.
