In any case, today is easily one of the biggest days of the year on the Christian calendar and families are celebrating everywhere. From your family and friends here at SOHO TACO, we would like to wish you and your loved ones a special day filled with boundless love, infinite fun and of course plenty of good food.

So, for the next 24 hours, don’t believe any major announcements or some wild claim on any social media platform.  And, we’d be especially skeptical about any stories about how tacos can fight cancer and usher in world peace.  Oh wait, that might actually be true: click here & click here.   Oh man, now we don’t know what to believe.

In the meantime, between hunting painted ovaries and dodging pranks, today we plan on taco catering for quite a few Easter celebrations and we’re already making the preparations, including whipping up a huge batch of masa for the fresh, hand-pressed tortillas. Our kitchen and catering crews are definitely going to be busier than a bunny on a Catholic holiday. Better, hop to it fellas!

On a side note, we also have our April taco of the month! We gave it a test try and we absolutely loved it. Then, we took photos, videos and gave instructions to the crew on how to prepare it as well.
