Yesterday evening SoHo Taco had the great honor of joining up with fellow food trucker Taco Maria for Gustavo Arellano’s final Taco USA book signing event, which took place at the Santa Ana Public Library.

As legions of fans came to meet the celebrated author and Editor in Chief of OC Weekly, we worked extra hard to make sure everyone had a chance to bite into one of our gourmet tacos.

At first there was a wonderful gathering in front of our trucks, then the group packed themselves into one of the event rooms to hear more from Arellano and his point of view of the impact that tacos have had in this country.

Overall it was another outstanding evening with our compadres and we look forward to the next time we all get to work together again.
