Oh boy it’s going to be blazing hot tonight at our taco catering gig in Los Feliz.  Sure, some guests might perspire because of the heat, others perhaps because they mixed up our salsas!

We here at Soho Taco “Whoops! That wasn’t guac!” Headquarters always take extra precaution to warn our guests that green does not always a mild sauce make.  Often we have little signs, but most commonly our cooks will dutifully warn anyone before they reach for the spicier jalapeno salsa. 

But, no matter what we do there’s always that special taco catering invitee that mixes up the two only to burst into a pool of sweat moments later.   So, hopefully that won’t happen at tonight’s event in Los Feliz – hopefully.
