Often after a fun-filled, exhilarating weekend it can be quite a challenge to start off the week going back to the grind.  Naturally, for many of you out there merely uttering the word “Monday” can leave quite a bad taste in your mouth.  Oh, if only every day can’t be as delicious as our shrimp on the grill, like the ones you see above in last weekend in Los Angeles, CA.

So, it comes with a little hesitation that we here Soho Taco Headquarters share with you our little dirty secret: WE LOVE MONDAYS!!!  Technically, it’s our weekend here since we usually don’t have any events on this day – and, believe you us, we’re soooo taking advantage of this well-deserved breather. 

Meanwhile, for the rest of you out there just keep in mind that your own weekend is just around the corner.  (Unless of course the world ends by then.)  So, hang in there and hopefully we’ll catch you at our next taco catering event!
