Mango salsa for your Monday, as served yesterday at a “Agridulce” in Spanish means ‘bittersweet’. And, what better way to balance out a bitter Monday with our sweet mango salsa?! According to the the latest weather reports, summer is definitely in full force and it looks like we’re in for another stunningly gorgeous day here in Southern California. And, we here at Soho Taco Beautiful Climate Headquarters totally understand that it’s a crying shame to be all cooped up in an office on a day like this. It’s just too bad we can’t slather the whole situation with one of our wildly popular salsas and make it all the more palatable. Are we right or are we right?! In the meantime, hang in there.
