Happy Independence Day Eve!! It’s the day before July 4th, one of the biggest celebration days for our country. Do you have any exciting plans? There’s a bunch of events taking place all over the Southlands and we have no less than 15 events to cater ourselves. So, hopefully we’ll see you at one of them?

But, for those of you looking to get started on your festivities right away there’s plenty to do as well, in fact we plan on bringing our food truck to one of the largest ones of the day in Seal Beach.

This is our fifth year at this event and we love it everytime! It’s so vibrant, there’s music everywhere, lots of happy people and, of course, GREAT FOOD!

Thrown by the non-profit organization Be The Good and The City of Seal Beach, this event features exciting bands, hilarious comedians, talented vendors and plenty of food trucks, like yours truly.

Last year, just like every year, we completely sold out of everything. So this time around we’re definitely stocking up and bringing extra crew members to help make sure service goes smoothly.

On the menu is going to be all of our classic tacos all served on fresh, hand-pressed tortillas and the smiles come free of charge. Hope to see you there.
