Lemon rice as served at our taco cart catering Happy Sunday, everyone! As usual, we here at Soho Taco have quite a full plate for us this weekend and today’s no exception. Even though the weather report says we’re in for a little bit of sun later today here in Southern California, the morning is sure starting out a bit overcast and even rainy in some parts. Sure, our guests probably won’t be able to get their tan on today (if at all), but at least we know things are going to be nice and mild for our guys behind the grill during our BIG Hollywood taco cart catering event that we’ve got booked in Los Angeles. So, if missing out on the sun has got you a bit down, hopefully this picture of our lemon rice will help improve your disposition. Hey, think of it this way: at least you won’t get skin cancer.
