 gourmet food truck round up at the OC Fair & Events Center in Costa Mesa (Orange County, CA) [T]here is no such thing as a routine gourmet food truck stop! Last night SoHo Taco had another wonderful evening at the weekly Wednesday night gourmet food truck round up at the OC Fair & Events Center of Costa Mesa. Check out our pix:  The moment we were barely opened for business the mother and son duo you see in the lead picture above approached us. “Are you taking pictures for this truck?” he asked, to which we said yes. Then, he continued “We really love your food! Can you please take our picture with your truck?!” And, how can we say ‘no’ to that?! Our only regret was that we didn’t get their names! Let’s just call them “Amazing” and “Fantastic”! 😉 We really do love our customers. The only reason why we get to do what we love is because of them. And, to hear incredible feedback like this really puts a positive spin on our day. Thanks for everything, Amazing & Fantastic! And, we certainly hope to see you both again very, very soon!
