Wow!!  Soooooo much fun!!

Last night we here at Soho Taco Party Headquarters had a GREAT time bringing out our taco catering skills to the beautiful City of Laguna Hills for a little partying with a very good friend of ours, Anita Lau of Diary of a Mad Hungry Woman!

Anita and a handful of her closest friends were treated to some of our best tacos: shrimp, chicken, carne asada, mahi mahi and our wildly popular veggie taco!!

We would like to give a BIG FAT shout out to Chef Dee of the legendary Break of Dawn restaurant for hosting the festivities, to Jim Wendt of BigTrain.com for providing the kickass aguas frescas and to La Reyna herself, Anita Lau, for giving us the opportunity to feed everyone! 

We certainly hope everyone had as good of a time as we did grilling up our handheld delights for y’all!!
