We love Long Beach!  It’s got the right balance between grittiness, natural beauty, art, culture and great food. It’s a metropolis that definitely has it’s own character.  Just like the people.

That’s why we love doing taco catering events for our customers out there!

For example, one customer specifically asked for a tray of our finest refried beans, but she asked if we could dress it up somehow to make it a bit more pleasing to the eye.

So, just by adding the little serrano chiles that you see above, our Long Beach customer was absolutely ecstatic!  Of course she loved the food, but the added visuals just brought the experience up a little higher.
