Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Sorry, we couldn’t find any four leaf clovers … how about some cilantro instead?

We’re just emerging for the latest rain storm here in Southern California on this lovely Saturday and that means more opportunity to see lush, green hillsides for this traditionally Irish holiday.

It might not be one that’s celebrated natively in our neck of the woods, St Patrick’s Day festivities seems to be everywhere for some reason.

And, on of the symbols of this special occasion is the ubiquitous four-leaf clover. Now, legend has it if you you find one you’re in for a pot of gold’s worth of Irish luck. So, hopefully you across one or two today!

In the meantime, we have another leafy green item to offer our customers and guests today, traditional peppery cilantro.

Rain or shine, we have several events to cater today and our crew is ready, willing & able to perform their duties.

Of course we’ll have the usual cast of characters when we offer our terrific line of tacos, but another item we always bring with us is Cilantro.

This wonderful peppery produce not only serves as terrific way to add another flavor dimension to any meal, but it also adds a splash of vibrant green color to any of our hand-held treats. They might not be the most super exciting condiment available, but they really do help make any taco look and taste much better.

Well in the meantime we certainly hope you have a safe & festive St. Patrick’s day. And, if anyone tries to pinch you for wearing a lack of green, just show them an image of this blog post, unless you’re into that kind of thing. And, you can thank us later.
