Today from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, SoHo Taco has the great pleasure of joining our fellow food truck buddies of The Trucks at Park Place as we returned for lunch service at the upscale commercial center of downtown Irvine called (what else?) Park Place! [RELATED: Check out our official calendar entry for today’s stop at Park Place.] The poor denizens of this center of commerce are still without a cafeteria, which is currently undergoing massive upgrades. And, it doesn’t seem likely to be completed until later this year. In the meantime, our fellow Foodtruckians have been stepping in on a rotating basis to help nourish the starving folks until then. This will be our second visit here after our first successful stop last month where we completely sold out!
