Meet Angelica or “Angie” for short. After polling our fellow teammates asking each one who they thought should be named ‘Employee of the Month’, the one who garnered the most votes was one of our hardest working tortilla makers.

You may have met Angie at one of our taco catering events on the prensa para tortillas pressing and grilling some of the finest handmade tortillas in Orange County.

Or, you may have caught a glimpse of her in our gourmet food truck doing her very best work.

In virtually every single event where you run into her, you’ll always see her laser focused, giving it her all and helping to make sure the team exceeds customer expectations.

So, whether it’s 105F outside or if we’re under a torrential downpour, Angie somehow always manages to produce some of the best handmade tortillas and all the while sporting the most radiant smile in the industry.
