We here at SoHo Taco headquarters wanted to recognize the hard work and dedication of our fellow employees. So, we started up an “Employee of the Month” program and asked everyone on the team who they thought best exemplified this position. And, after collecting everyone’s input, we are proud to announce that our very first employee of the month is Chris Vasquez! You may have encountered him taking your order in front of our truck and maybe even grilling up your veggie taco behind one of our taco catering grills. Either way, he always seems to be loaded with energy, to have a great eye for details and to always be sporting an endless smile for anyone who approaches him. FUN FACT: Fluent in both Spanish and English, Chris is also very proud of his Mexican ancestry. What? You’ve never seen a Mexican with an iPad before?! 😉 Anyway, he’s an excellent asset to our company and it’s great to know that his colleagues feel the same way. Congratulations, Chris!
