We’re sooo taco catering Long Beach today! The added benefit of having a 3 day weekend? Friday just sneaks up on you!! We here at Soho Taco “Whoa, that Friday came out of nowhere!” Headquarters are super excited. Why? Because tonight we’re bringing our gourmet taco catering skills to the City of Long Beach for a special someone’s birthday celebration. And, since this was a short week, this day came sooner than we thought it would! So, we’re already taking care of the prep work, cleaning off the cart and sharpening our cooking skills for this occasion. How about you?! Aren’t you glad it’s the weekend already?!
