It’s official!  The feedback we’re getting for our May special, the Chilorio Taco, has been tremendous and it’s once again a certifiable hit.  We will be serving it again today for lunch in Anaheim and hopefully we’ll get to serve some to you!

This wonderful delicacy takes the deep flavors of a traditionally prepared guisado taco and then we add the tasty crunch of chicharon sprinkles.  The combination of flavors and textures is simply outstanding.  But, hurry!  It’s only available on our food truck this month, after that … it’s gone.
