Throughout the month of December we will be once again serving up this delicacy and today we have two opportunities to serve it to you:
Our Sinaloan-inspired creation starts out with pork slow-simmered in a rich chile de ancho based adobo sauce. Then, we rest it on a smooth bed of traditional queso de panela. Finally, we top it off with fresh avocado, crispy chicharon crumbles and spicy dollops of salsa roja made with chile de arbol.
