Our 'Cinco de Mayo' stop at Proof Bar was in today's OC Register!

There are few things more exhilarating than grilling up some gourmet tacos for our fans and followers on our truck out in the public arena. But, now and then we get an offer to do a private function that is pretty hard to refuse.

We have a long time, repeat customer with a huge Cinco de Mayo celebration on her estate. And, right now our management is trying to iron out the details. One such item: whether to rent out our truck completely or to have three of our taco catering carts serving up her hungry guests.

Although both options are equally awesome, if everyone decides to go for having our gourmet food truck at the event, we would have to unfortunately disappoint some folks expecting us to be at the biggest Orange County celebration in Santa Ana this Saturday!

So, stay tuned. And, hopefully we’ll see on this weekend at Proof Bar. We really do want to see everyone!
