Truly one of our most popular condiments is our exquisite mango salsa.

Made with ripe mangos at the peak of perfection, we carefully mix it in with sweet vine-ripened tomatoes, serrano chiles, garlic and red onions.  Then we round it out with cilantro, garlic and our special blend of herbs and spices.  The result is a fantastic combination of flavors and almost like a burst of sunshine in every bite.

Mostly offered at private catering events, it often does make an appearance on our food truck now and then depending on market and availability.
