Although many folks took the past few days off our hardworking teammates were still quite busy grilling at weddings, birthdays and various family celebrations.

Apparently, everyone’s turkey leftovers were stored in the freezer, because our calendar was filled to the rim of the gravy boat with events across the Southland.

In the spirit of expressing gratitude we are absolutely appreciative of our clients selecting us to be part of their family’s celebrations and early company Christmas parties over the weekend. We feel so blessed and we look forward to seeing everyone again soon.

Speaking of being thankful, several guests over the weekend expressed their appreciation for one feature that we always provide at all events and food truck stop: a wonderful selection of condiments and salsas.

In fact, here’s a review from a few years back expressing the same sentiment:

Sure, this review is almost five years old now, but the compliments we receive for our salsas and condiments continue to this day. And, it’s easy to see why!

Every privately catered events comes with a rich display offering some of our finest condiments and salsas that helps each guest create their own masterpiece.

Do you like your tacos a bit spicy? No problem, try a little of our Salsa Verde made with oven roasted jalapenos and pureed until smooth.

Perhaps you’d prefer sweeter tones on your carnitas? No problem, just add a few dollops of our ripe mango salsa to your tacos and prepare for a flavor explosion beyond compare.

Or maybe you like the sophisticated flavors of roasted red tomatoes on your carne asada? No problem as well, scoop up a couple spoonfuls of our salsa roja for its complex flavors mixed with our special blend of herbs and spices.

Whatever your heart desires, we usually bring a plethora of delectable salsas to help make that spot-on taco you’ve been looking for.

And, as an added boost, sprinkle on some fresh cut onions, lemony cilantro and a squeeze of lime to top off you meal and you’ve got a symphony of flavors on your plate ready for your enjoyment.

Keep in mind, due to market and availability, not all salsas and/or condiments may be available. So, be sure to ask your friendly event coordinator or smiling food truck personnel more and they would be happy to assist.
