Our version of this timeless classic taco starts out with high grade Certified Angus Beef®, then we prepare it to our standards and season it to perfection.  Once the order is placed, we throw it on the grill and serve it topping-free on a fresh, hand-pressed tortilla.  From there it’s up to you to dress it up with our exquisite line of salsas and condiments … or you can have it with nothing at all!  It’s that good.

Parking and admission at Bootlegger’s is complimentary.  Although you must be 21 to enter the tasting room, anyone of any age can order from our easily accessible truck.
