Caution: contents are hot!

In case you haven’t already noticed, in order for us to have gourmet tacos up to Soho Taco standards our taco catering carts need to get pretty hot and steamy.  So, watch out!

It’s only when we reach those high temperatures do the ingredients grill to perfection and the flavors come out to their ideal state.

So, while some folks aren’t too wild about sharing their high temp escapades with the world, we here at Soho Taco simply LOVE showing off ours.  However be careful.  Just like a songstress trying to keep things under wraps, if you get too close you might get burned!
