OUR POLLO ASADO: It’s Like Sticking Today’s SoCal Weather In Your Mouth

What does today’s SoCal weather have in common with our pollo asado (“grilled chicken”) taco?  They’re both light and come with just the right amount of heat.  Amiright?! 😉

Anyway, happy TGIF everyone!  We here at Soho Taco “We Love You, Mother Nature!” Headquarters are exceptionally grateful to be in our neck of the country on this day.  What better way to kick off the weekend than with temps in the mid-70’s, blue skies and a fresh batch of pollo asado tacos.

We have the great fortune of another busy few days ahead of us and we’re so looking forward to the outstanding climate that we have in store.  (Sorry, East Coast.)
