Condiments provide great protection – against boring tacos, that is!

We here at Soho Taco usually provide a wonderful selection of edible accoutrements at our gourmet taco catering events, all of which help elevate our tacos to a higher culinary level; such as citrusy limes, smooth sour cream, bright red onions, lemony cilantro, etc.  Just like the display that we had for one of our taco catering events in beautiful Dana Point the other day.

Sure, our handheld delights are great on their own.  But, sometimes you want to protect yourself against unwanted palate boredom.  And, nothing like slipping on a condiment or two to provide that peace of mind.
