Yesterday, SoHo Taco had the great honor of being selected as the official caterer for the hardworking girls and boys at Oakley headquarters in Foothill Ranch, CA.

In what seems like an effort to coincide with the Olympic spirit, the premier sports equipment and sunglass manufacturer held a morale boosting meeting at their sprawling Orange County headquarters.  Immediately upon its conclusion, the hungry teammates rushed outdoors to find SoHo Taco’s gourmet food truck ready to serve everyone and fill their bellies!

In addition to our critically-acclaimed gourmet taco fare, we also served up our prized black beans, lemon rice, bean/cheese burritos and quesadillas made with handmade tortillas.

Although it was an all-you-can-eat set up, we limited each plate to two tacos at a time In order to keep the line flowing smoothly & quickly.  And, of course we had several repeat customers! 😉
