Thank you for your interest in our services for your event beginning on 07/21/2016 Thursday. Per our conversation, we’ve put together a custom quote where our crews will prepare 1,250 appetizers per train ride, to be served by the train staff, to your 250 guests (5 appetizers per person).

We recommend that you choose from the following appetizers:

• Ahi tuna tartare
• Red Snapper Ceviche
• Guacamole & Chorizo Tostaditas,
• Shrimp Cocktail, and
• Fruit Skewers.

Of course, we do have more options available. But, these are quick and simple to prepare for your guest count.

We would begin prepping the appetizers once we board the train at 9:10 AM, appetizer service could run from 10:10 – 11:40 AM. The night ride would be similar – 7:30 PM prep, appetizer service 8:30 – 10:00 PM. We could offer different appetizers for each train ride that way your guests could have different tastes on each trip.
