Today is Thursday and we have some exciting news to report, but we can’t say anything yet! It really is something pretty important but we have a few meetings to take care of and some documents to sign then we’ll be ready to make an announcement. So, please stay tuned to this blog for more updates as we get closer and closer to dropping the big news.

What kind of breaking news is it? Well, it’s definitely something delicious and tantalizing to the palate. How’s that? Sorry, we wish we can give more but until then please check back to this blog often!

Speaking of something delicious, we do have another wonderful food truck stop today, this time at one or our regular stomping grounds in the City of Costa Mesa. Today please join us for LUNCH 11A – 2PM Vans HQ, 1588 South Coast Dr #CostaMesa CA.

As usual, our food truck stops feature tacos which are all served on fresh, hand-pressed tortillas and today’s stop is no exception.

We start out with fresh made, top quality masa that we prepare in our kitchen. Then, we knead the dough and add enough water to help make it pliable and cooperative with the grill. Then, at the event site, we press the balls to order and grill them to perfection.

Once they puff up in to little UFO looking disks, that’s when our grill master knows they’re ready and then they’re stacked and ready to go.

Having a taco wrapped with a fresh, hand-pressed tortilla makes a HUGE difference. It’s almost like night and day in quality. That’s why on the food truck every single taco is serve on one.

So, if you’re in the area today for lunch be sure to swing by Vans HQ. We brought plenty of masa so order as many tacos as you like!
