Mark your calendars, next Saturday, March 21, 2015, from 11A to 3P we will be bringing one of our taco catering carts, like the one you see here, to the prestigious Latin Food Festival taking place at the spacious Hangar 8 event venue (3000 31st St, Santa Monica, CA 90405).Here’s a little description from the official site:

“Grande Tasting is an all-inclusive tasting festival so guests pay one price to indulge in a variety of local and international Latin food, wine and spirits. Meet acclaimed chefs who will be conducting cooking demonstrations, and you won’t want to miss the Best of Fest Awards – our showcase of culinary excellence.”

Thematic pavilions will include:

• Spirits of the Americas – Rum, Mezcal, Bacanora, Sotol and Tequila
• Demonstrations – Chefs and sommeliers will demo
• Wine Tasting – California, Chile, Mexico and Spain
• Performance by The Martini Kings, art by Alexander Salazar Fine Art and a silent auction
• VIP Lounge – Spanish tapas and Scala Dei Garnatxa, oysters, gift bag, Alquima organic tequila, Chandon sparkling, tray service, massages, live music by Chris & Maggie
