  • DEPOSIT: A $500 Deposit via temporary credit card hold is required before the booking is accepted. The full amount will be released if there is no damage or missing items.

  • Must be respectful of neighboring establishments
  • No parking at 122 E Dyer Rd
  • Must pay Security Guard Fee if serving hard liquor
  • Rescheduling subject to a refundable fee
