  • The space is 1200 sqft. with multiple lounge type seating areas. The space was designed with an earthy mid century modern design aesthetic. It has a cathedral ceiling which gives it an open feeling.
  • This space is in an office complex near South Coast Plaza and the 55 fwy.
  • The space has an upscale feeling. It features a custom made bar with marble countertops. This space also includes a sonos sound system and 65′ flat screen tv.
  • This space fits about 30 to 35 guests comfortably.

  • DEPOSIT: A fully refundable $500 Deposit is required before the booking is accepted. The full amount will be returned if there is no damage or missing items. Payment can be made via temporary credit card hold, PayPal, cash or check.

  • No late night events (available 8am to 10pm only)
  • Must be respectful of neighboring establishments
