Hope your Wednesday is coming along fine. In case you haven’t heard, it looks like we’re in for some rain tomorrow Thursday so we’re mobilizing our crew to plan for a wet one. So, we’re bringing out the tents and planning for the downpour. We serve rain or shine, so there’s no stopping the good times!

Meanwhile, we wanted to show you one of the set of photos that we took at last week’s session for Amazon Restaurants.

Here at SOHO TACO, we’re especially proud of our highly regarded, top quality cuisine. And, we also take transmitting its images across the internet very seriously. Much of our catering clients and food truck customers learn about us first online so we do a lot of our own food photography and food styling in house to make sure we communicate our message as beautifully and deliciously as possible.

So, for this photo shoot, as Amazon’s photographer was on hand taking photos for our online profile, we would take some photos for ourselves too.

We love the natural lighting that came pouring in from the windows on this day, it was a super cloudy one so that helped tremendously.

Meanwhile, we styled it as realistically as possible with condiments you’d find with any typical delivery or drop off event.

The result was a beautifully simple, but delicious looking carne asada taco ready for any drop off or delivery order. Hope it looks enticing! What do you think? Let us know in the comments.
