We’re prepping the ingredients right now for all the veggie tacos for tonight’s events and those onions get us all the time. There’s even a touching Mexican love song playing on the radio, so we all look like we just watched the ending of Titanic for the 100th time. (Come on, Rose… there’s plenty room on that raft/door for Jack!). Anyway, these vibrant veggies are turning out great and they’re good to go.
