So, there were were minding our own beeeswax taco catering in Irvine, CA for a special someone’s birthday when all of the sudden this happened: the sun came out!!  Of course, we couldn’t pass up on the chance to snap this picture and share it with y’all!

But, how was the food, you say?  Well, fortunately our gourmet tacos were garnering as many praises as our day was drop-dead gorgeous in Irvine.   Hopefully your Easter Eve was just as stunning – if not better!

Sure, at the very moment this post got uploaded it got cloudy again here in Orange County.  But, hopefully this is a sign of the beautiful weather we have ahead of us – hopefully.  (We’re looking at YOU, Mother Nature!)
