Last Sunday, SoHo Taco’s gourmet food truck took time out of its busy catering schedule to participate in a good cause, Rip’s B.A.D. Ride, which was a motorcycle riding extravaganza & fundraiser benefiting the American Diabetes Association.

The event took place at the constantly expanding OC Great Park where we were accompanied by some of the very best gourmet food trucks in Southern California.

Since the goal of this event was to help in the fight against diabetes, we were requested to have certain healthier items on hand for those with special dietary needs, which was easy to do given our already lighter options.

So, on that day we had grilled mahi mahi, chicken and shrimp tacos.  Naturally, we also showcased our critically acclaimed grilled veggie tacos!

At the end, our gourmet fare was an absolute hit with the guests.  And, of course, we were more than happy to donate 15% of our proceeds for this worthy cause.

A huge thank you goes out to the OC Great Park and the organizers of this event for offering us the privilege to participate and we definitely look forward to seeing everyone again very soon.
