 at the Crown Valley Community Center in Laguna Niguel. (Orange County, CA) Last night SoHo Taco had the immense pleasure of participating in its first ever Laguna Niguel Summer Concert Series, which took place at the Crown Valley Community Park. [RELATED: Check us out tomorrow as we return to Roger’s Gardens for lunch in Newport Beach!] The crazy tropical weather did nothing to dampen spirits. The music was energizing and the audience was extremely friendly and welcoming. What’s more, our crew had an exhilarating time providing some of our very best gourmet tacos for the hungry residents of Laguna Niguel. Check out our pix!  As the band for the evening, DSB … (absolutely the very BEST Journey coverband, by the way!) ….. infused the night air with fantastic Steve Perry tributes, SoHo Taco’s gourmet food truck filled it with hypnotic aromas of grilled tacos and freshly made tortillas. And, in case you’re wondering, we’re scheduled to return to the Laguna Niguel Summer Concert at 6PM, Friday, August 10th, where the music will be provided by The Answer To Classic Rock.
