Happy Cinco de Mayo Eve! Don’t forget to leave out a plate of tortilla chips and beer at midnight for any jolly party people that might be passing by.

For all you Star Wars fans out there, May the 4th be with you! And, for all you Arrested Development fans, Happy Cinco de Cuatro!

There’s definitely lots to celebrate out there and hopefully we can help you enjoy the festivities. And, one way we hope to do that is by letting you create your own custom masterpiece.

The beauty of our menu is its flexibility. Guests have several options on how to make their own meal that fits their palate and their preferences.

For example, sometimes you might be in the mood for cilantro on your carne asada or a little bit of grilled veggies on your shrimp. No problem! We have a terrific line of condiments and salsas to help you come up with your perfect meal.

In fact, some guests would rather go low carb and skip the tortillas all together. Again, no problem at all. Our cuisine is delicious on their own with or without the circular accompaniment.

The lead photo of this blog was taken during a wedding at the Environmental Nature Center in beautiful Newport Beach CA. This guest opted out of the tortillas for her meal, but chose to enjoy the tortilla chips instead. Great idea!

Our tortillas are wonderful too but sometimes you just want to scoop up all that goodness with a crisp, crunchy fresh made chip. Essentially, it’s your own private nachos…. so good!

So, whether you’re celebrating Star Wars day or some crazy made up holiday out on the Newport Beach harbor, we certainly hope to be part of your festivities. Because if we are that means you get your own perfect, customized meal made just for you.
