The OC Register, the southland’s premier source for news and information, just published their 19th annual Best of Orange County issue, wherein they list the top attractions, shopping ideas and eats in our area as voted by their readers.

And, guess who got “Critics Choice” for best taco in Orange County?  That’s right, yours truly!!

Nancy Luna, a/k/a The Fast Food Maven, submitted a spectacular and glowing review for SoHo Taco where she describes her experience on board our food truck, her favorite tacos and how she tracked us down at one of our recent stops at the Orange County Museum of Art.

[message_box]”Soho Taco food truck doesn’t hit the road on a regular basis because of its demanding catering schedule. So when I heard Soho was selling tacos in the parking lot of a Newport Beach museum one Sunday afternoon, I jumped in my car and headed south.

I had an urge for the truck’s heavenly veggie taco. It is served with a perfectly grilled homemade corn tortilla and stuffed with grilled onions, peppers, spinach, Portobello mushrooms, and a hint of melted jack cheese. The taco is topped with a spicy chipotle sour cream.”
