SoHo Taco has the honor and the privilege of having a couple of our tacos featured on the upcoming February issue of Orange Coast Magazine, the premier lifestyle publication of Southern California.

But, the delicious eye candy doesn’t stop there!   If you flip to page 80 of the same issue, you’ll find a veritable waterfall of our finest tacos on display as well!

Last month we were contacted by the monthly publication’s writers asking if they could take pictures of our tacos as part of their article highlighting the best Mexican cuisine Orange County.  Our response? “Sure, come by the truck any time.”

Then, she explained that they actually needed a more controlled environment and then asked if we can pass by their studio with some samples.  That’s when we realized it was serious!

So, we brought over one of our grills, assembled all our ingredients and literally started cooking the “models” out in their Newport Beach parking lot on a gorgeous post-Christmas, pre-New Years afternoon.

Essentially, it was an afternoon filled with expensive cameras, skilled photographers and outstanding cuisine.  It truly was our small taste of glamour!

The fact that our family of tacos were the featured plates for an article about the best Mexican cuisine in Orange County is an incredible honor we cannot even begin to describe.

We would like to thank everyone at  Orange Coast magazine for this tremendous opportunity.  Hopefully, we’ll get a chance to serve everyone again soon!

In the meantime, this delectable issue will be out on news stands soon.  So, be sure to buy a few …… thousand! 😉
