Sometimes the best thing to get the creative juices flowing is to just get away.  And, that’s what we just did!

Over the weekend, SoHo Taco’s executive team had the honor and the privilege of taking a fantastic culinary tour of New York City to help incite inspiration and team building.

And, it was an utter success!

From world class fine dining to award winning street food, as you can see from the images above we sampled some of the very best Gotham had to offer: Sushi Yasuda, Peter Lugar’s Steakhouse, Katz’s Delicatessen, Prince Street Pizza, NY Dosas, Waffles & Dinges and so much more.  If we had more time (and more stomachs!) we definitely could’ve kept the tour going!

And since the main purpose of the trip was to get culinary inspiration, learn new cooking techniques, experience high standards in service and enhance team building, we certainly hope all the valuable lessons we learned translates to a better SoHo Taco experience.

So, stay tuned for exciting new dishes from our kitchen, more fantastic service and a continuously improving experience from our entire team.
