We take avocados at their peak of ripeness and mash it up in a huge bowl.  Then, we mix in sweet tomatoes, spicy onions and our own special blend of herbs and spices.

The result is nothing less than spectacular.  Its creamy consistency and voluptuous flavors wonderfully complements any our tacos.  And, in fact, it is absolutely phenomenal all by itself served on a fresh-made tortilla chip.

This condiment is always in high demand at our private catering events and usually sells out whenever it makes an appearance on our food truck.

We are blessed to receive constant positive feed back for this salsa, but hopefully very soon you can be a judge of that for yourself.
