The appetizers that are on the menu for the tasting experience this sunday are rebanadas de uva (Sweet grapes, roasted chili lime peanuts & goat cheese on a toasted baguette), tostaditas de chorizo (Grilled Mexican chorizo and fresh guacamole on a savory tortilla crisp), espadas de fruta (Sweet mango and ripe watermelon spears served with traditional salsa de chamoy), and mini bean & cheese burritos.

The best part of the tacos is that for Sundays tasting it will be on handpressed tortillas. So the winners can also experience tortillas made on sight.

Every taco option for Sundays experience is a perfect choice especially the shrimp and the signature veggie taco. The shrimp is grilled to perfection in a garlic buttery served on a bed of melted pepper jack cheese, topped off with fresh cabbage, and a smoky chipotle sour cream.

The signature veggie is has red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red onion, portobello mushrooms, and baby spinach caramelized to perfection. The taco comes with a bed of melted pepper jack cheese and topped off with a creamy chipotle sourcream.

Sides that are going to be available for Sundays tasting experience are refried beans, black beans, lemon rice, Spanish rice, and fresh made tortilla chips. Usually for an event you can choose either refried beans or black beans and lemon rice or Spanish rice but for the Tasting you can try all what SOHO has to offer.

Toppings for Sunday’s tasting include cilantro, red diced onion, limes, jack cheese, guacamole, heirloom tomato pico de gallo, mango salsa, spicy jalapeño green salsa, and red roasted tomato salsa.

Aguas Frescas

What better way to have your tacos then with SOHO tacos fresh aguas frescas. The refreshing aguas frescas for this Sunday include the classic Horchata, Strawberry, lemon infused water, and a premium lavender cucumber lemonade. The winner gets to try and have as much of the aguas frescas.

To finish off the tasting experience SOHO taco is going to have paletas(frozen mexican popsicles) as well as a pastry. The paleta options for Sunday is Fresa con crema, abuelita chocolate, and mango chile.
